ISP Evidence
An Android app that turns "my internet keeps dropping" into evidence: it logs every drop, latency and jitter reading, then exports a PDF report you can send with a complaint.
The problem
When home internet is unreliable, a complaint to the provider usually comes down to your word against theirs. A support agent asks for proof, and most people have none.
What it does
- Logs connection drops as they happen.
- Measures latency and jitter over time.
- Exports a PDF report that summarizes the log, ready to attach to an ISP complaint.
Where it stands
The app is on the Google Play internal testing track while I work through feedback ahead of a wider release.
This is the first Android app I am taking to Google Play, so the release process itself is part of what I am learning here.
